My JLab LUX ANC headphones just paired themselves to a device I do not know. I just started hearing music while my computer restarted. I live in a condo and I'm guessing they connected to a neighbor's device somewhere close-by.

I need these to stay connected to my computer without switching between two devices reliably for work. I typically turn the bluetooth off on my phone to prevent the headphones from switching between the two, but now that they are automatically connecting to someone else's device, I don't know what to do.

I turned them off and on again. I can factory reset them, but I don't have a way of removing them from someone else's device.
