I wanted to share a dream experience from last year that has become the foundation of a project I’m working on. It is very interesting to me, and connected to some things from my real life and other dreams.

The Setting:

The dream is set in my hometown, Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Specifically, it takes place inside a real location called "Oaza" (The Oasis), which is a local Islamic educational association. It’s located in a part of the city (Sjenjak/Slavinovici) that is very significant to me—it's near where my father lived when he first moved to the city during the 1990s war. The buildings are old communist buildings which I'm very nostalgic about. At first I'm with my two friends and I'm explaining to them that this is Oaza. But then I am alone (they aren't in dream anymore).

The Dream:

I enter the new building or the same building in which is Oaza association located but separated with haustor. Inside, it feels like a bookstore or a library filled with massive, heavy encyclopedias. On a table, I find a small, black "catch-all" notebook. I open it and see it was written by a girl, but the date at the top is 2031.

As I move through the building, I see a some mother explaining something to her child, and then I find myself in a room with a specific book about the composition of the Earth's crust. As I start reading it, an older man approaches me. He’s bald, with a few days of stubble, but very well-dressed. (Strangely, standing behind him was a well-known, controversial Balkan (from Serbia) public figure, Miroljub Petrovic, who is famous for challenging mainstream science from a "creationist" perspective).

The older man tells me directly: "Everything in that book is incorrect. The data must be corrected and new information has surfaced."

He pulls out a list of chemical elements with percentages. Looking at it, I instinctively say: "Oh, I see, like salt."

On that paper, I see a very clear symbol: A circle with a dot in the center (the Circumpunct) with a vertical line passing through it. In alchemical terms, this is a hybrid of the symbol for the Sun/Gold and the ancient symbol for Niter (Saltpeter/Potassium Nitrate).

The moment I processed this symbol, I was hit with an incredibly sharp, painful cramp in my leg that jolted me awake instantly.

After some research, I realized I was looking at a "Vertical Monad." While I said "Salt," the symbol was for Saltpeter KNO3. In alchemy, salt is stability, but Saltpeter is the "active salt," the carrier of fire and spirit. I named that symbol Nitrum Solis.
