With Lint-X, who several people recommended. Wondering if there's any consensus or person/company to repair and paint a large wooden deck. I don't need the cheapest but don't like feeling taken either. Integrity, trustworthy and great work. Thank in advance!!!!

Can someone recommend a reputable but reasonable company you've personally used for air duct cleaning- or, more specifically, dryer duct cleaning? Thanks in advance!

Have been at goal for 3 months and went down to 2mg from 2.5-3 last week. Last night, I ate whatever I wanted and went well over my calorie limit (and paid for it with 4 lb weight gain this morning). A single evening of overeating doesn't concern me as much as that I intentionally let it happen because I was feeling extremely down. What makes it complicated is that part-but not all-of what was getting me down was my persistent fatigue (hence why I've continued to lower my dose). I still couldn't eat as much as I used to when I overate but the responding to the feelings by eating is of concern. I was genuinely feeling so low.

Am almost at goal weight and have been using the same vial for past 4 weeks. Break my shot into 2 2mg shots per week. Each of the last two have resulted in persistent itching at each of 2 injections sites. Used same protocol as I always have and been using the same product for last 2 months. I use alcohol wipe on my hands and at injection site. Sterile gloves. What might be causing this? BUD is 10/26 so not expired. Keep vial in fridge. Any ideas what may have causes the reaction now?
