CEC not working
Hi,
I have a Samsung Frame 2024 55inch and I was very happy with that. My main Streaming device is an AppleTV and I only use the remote of the AppleTV. I could turn on and off both devices with the AppleTV remote without any problems. I was running on Samsung software version 1700 or so.
And then the worst case happened. I updated to the version 2123 last week, because why not.
Since then the CEC communication is not working anymore. When I start the the AppleTV the TV is starting only 50%. When I tun-off the AppleTV the TV always goes into Gallery mode and I have to grap the TV remote to turn off the TV.
I checked every setting, turned every setting on and off, resetted the TV, changed cables and HDMI sockets. Still the same.
Why is Samsung changing this crucial feature every TV has since the dawn of time. Has anybody else this issue?
