i am positive for ureaplasma parvum. what exactly are/were your symptoms? how persistent they are?

mine are basically just constant burning of urethrra opening- sometimes milder, other times bad flare ups. no other. there is often no pain relief for this kind of pain for me.

my story:
i am 20. even before sexual activity, i have been having sometimes burning flares up of unbearable stinging. no cause found. once i hat antibiotics for uti. i was confirmed for ureaplasma this year in march, after having my first sexual encounter this year. i have been dealing with pain daily since the first sex, 5 months now. it is basically just the burning, no other symptoms at all (bad discharge and stomach pain occurred just on antibiotics). i am not fifth antibiotics, doesnt seem to get better. i have been to more specialists, everyone only says antibiotics should work, others said maybe the cause is something else. i am negative for other std. there was one reinfection possibility after the third antibiotics. the pain makes me miserable. i feel ignored by specialists.

For some reason probiotics have made my vaginal health worse. I have been taking them orally to support microbiom during the doxycycline treatment, and then as vag suppository. The insertable ones brought me vaginal burning the next day. I quit using it and used boric acid capsules to solve the burning which also made things worse. I started having a very bad discharge (no smell or lumps, but a lot of watery, creamy, yellowish). The thing is, i am still not probably ureaplasma clean since i suspect a reinfection after finished doxycycline treatment. I am awaiting results now, but i do not know how to resolve the pain in the vaginal area. Before the first ureaplasma parvum treatment my symptoms were basically just a very bad urethritis (i had a very bad uti before diagnosis), but now after the “possible reinfection” i had off and on dull lower belly pain, weird colored urine (milky, cloudy with cloudy stuff in it/ even yellow-greenish), constant mild urethrea burning (+ few-hours long flare-ups) and the pain around vaginal opening.

Would it be normal my symptoms are just different now after “catching” ureaplasma again and its just the ureaplasma (not yeasts or vag lactobacillosis)?

Or should i do some vaginal swab test before starting antibiotics for the ureaplasma again to take something for the vag as well? (doctor told me she cannot do it while i am on antibiotics, but the pain around vagina is quite bad and i want it resolved)

Sorry if this sounds confusing, i am pretty young, i have been struggling for 5 months with this, it affects me deeply. Mainly the burning. The reinfection is my fault, my partner was not treated and i knew it. I have been using serapeptase, oregano capsules, oral probiotics, drinking a lot of water, still all the ureaplasma symptoms are quite intense and it affects me horribly. I still cannot understand how it can be opportunistic or silent bacteria for some, because the urethritis is nightmare.
