What to do with hand grinder marks on slabs

What to do with hand grinder marks on slabs

I foolishly hired someone with hand grinder to remove unwanted stains which was a mistake. Id like to keep the exposed aggregate. Do I need to re grind? Float? What are my options?

How to deal with a lot of grind marks

A contractor unsuccessfully stain my patio slabs so I hired someone else to grind it all out. But now, I'm getting all these marks. I want to keep the exposed aggregate but unsure where to go from here. I'd like to waterproof it after, and open to expert opinions and suggestions.

Is this a botched stained project?

I don't know why the dude was trying to convince me that this is good work. It looks very uneven and blotchy on some spots. He was super quick when he did it. Is the water based stain too diluted, or sprayed too thick?

Is this a rushed job?

I'm definitely re-grinding this floor. I don't know why the dude was trying to convince me that this is good work. Is the water based stain too diluted, or sprayed too thick?

In a car company, can you blame silo-ed PMs owning many features that led to high maintenance cost?

A lot of modern cars are overly complex and filled with so many unecessary features that can led to high maintenance cost, longer turnaround and dealerships experiencing mechanic shortage due to burnout. Is this PMs fault?

I've quit for a whole year, relapsed then now quit again for good.

I'm all for supporting anyone who is trying to quit. Quitting anything is not easy, but with a little motivation it can be done. I've smoked the majority of my young adult life and it was ruining my life. You can do it. Dm me if you like, tell me your story.

Trying to quit again. I quit for a whole year before, relapsed and have been on it again since. I hate it. It's not enjoyable anymore.

How do I keep myself from relapsing? Lately, it has been affecting me negatively. I've become easily irritated in between taking it and find myself quite bad at handling stress, including when others around are stressed too. It's making me more depressed than relaxed.
