I noticed this stuff the other day. It’s perfectly still in motionless, but it’s definitely moving around on the glass cause it’s in a different spot than it was yesterday. I also just found a shrimp with Scutariella so I’m wondering if it’s related

Worms or some kinda parasite?

I have a few shrimp in here but I really want to add a fish (or fishes)🐡. Is it possible in a tank this size? I have a few ideas in mind but I want to make sure if I do put something in there it/they can live comfortably.
