Unable to use BYD app and no cellular after 2 weeks

Hi guys,

I picked up my seal on 13 June, my big mistake for not ensuring the BYD app was completely set up before leaving.

until now the QR code still wouldn't appear and there is no option in setting which brings it up, I have already got in touch with BYD sales person from byd haberfield (sydney), they asked for my VID about 2 weeks ago.

I assumed it would be activated within a few days but I have no estimated time frame and nothing to work with, the salesperson is starting to ghost me when I follow up.

Thanks for everyone's help, I have just called the customer service, the gentleman on the other end verified my information, told me he has key in the information into the system and advised me to check the app in 7 days
