I’m looking for a nicer, but not wallet breaking restaurant for a birthday this year. I’m having a cake made and I’d like to bring it to the restaurant have them bring it out, I’m not sure if many places do that anymore. Any help is appreciated!

I don’t have a grill, cast iron skillet or a stainless steel pan like I see people recommending. I do have an enameled cast iron dutch oven and a regular frying pan. Which is best to cook a steak in?
