Hey everyone,

I’m curious what the current salary range is for Field Coordinators / Project Coordinators in the construction industry in Calgary.

I’m currently looking at companies like EllisDon, PCL, and Bird Construction and would appreciate hearing from anyone working in similar roles.

What salary range should I realistically expect for:

• 2–5 years experience (not necessarily in construction)

If you’re comfortable sharing, it would also be helpful to know the company, years of experience, and whether you’re a Field Coordinator or Project Coordinator.
