Phenotype help
These are photos of my great-grandfather. He was born in Stanyantsi, Bulgaria (Godech municipality) , and I’m curious what phenotype people here would guess based on his appearance.

Hello,
Are Oakeshott Type T pommels especially T4 appropriate for longswords in the late 14th century (1370–1390s)?
I saw some effegies depicting them but im still not sure if they were a normall thing or a rarer piece of pommels.

Hello,
I’m working on a Central european kit around 1370-1395, and I’m trying to make the hilt of my longsword historically consistent as possible.
The sword itself is a type XVIa longsword. For the pommel, I’m specifically considering a faceted scent stopper like in the picture shown above.
My question is basically:
Would a faceted scent-stopper be historically plausible for a longsword in the HRE around 1370–1395, or is it more of a slightly later piece?
