Is this setup good?

So I have PS ACCEL boots and also PS ACCEL carbon fiber frame. While I was in a camp in Geisingen I bought tltf wheels 4x110 that are used for 3 flying laps for 140 euros which I think is a steal. And I have wicked Nick Lomax bearings that I wanna upgrade to some ceramic bearings.

So, is this setup good?

My hg (F12) stopped texting me (M14)

So me (M14) and my hg (F12) are very close. We meet up every week and text every day. I kinda like her but I'm scared to get in a relationship with her because of the age gap. I know people gonna call me a creep, pedo etc...

So a week ago I went to an erasmus+ project in Romania for 1 and a half weeks. Everybody was smoking and drinking, so even I never smoke and drink only rarely, because im high class athlete, I was smoking and drinking with them. I got so drunk and accidentally sent a snap where im drinking and smoking. And a month ago I sent her a reel where it was asked what makes a guy red flag instantly and she said smoking drinking and being non-athletic and basically the opposite. She saw my snap and then she started me ghosting on instagram and we usually say good night every night to each other and because she goes to sleep usually first, she texts me first and she stopped doing it after that snap. I was really pissed and asked her a question why she ignores me. She answered that she liked me a lot before and because she liked me she was always texting me and that she stopped liking me and that's why she ignored me. But I really don't want to loose our friendship because we were so close and she made me look at the world differently after my breakdown. She was my most important person and I could tell her anything and she would always listen. So I told her I don't wanna loose her. And she said that she thinks its not a great idea, but I somehow convinced her to stay friends. She started answering again and texting good night but I feel like its not the same anymore but I really wanna go back to times where we were really close.

So yesterday I was participating in Polish Half Marathon. But as an only Latvian I had to fight solo without knowing their teams strategies. At the race there were 28 degrees Celsius and no place with shadows. They were really trying to mix the tempo and each of them had their own role in a team while I didn't know shi and sprinted in each runaway so I lost breath quickly and my legs were cramping so I didn't want to risk my health as the season just started so I dnf'ed. What are your suggestions how to still be competitive without a team?
