Timeline & Shipping

• Sunday: Ordered 2 pairs of Chrome Hearts Cox Ucker (clear frame with .925 silver for me, clear non-silver with gold accents for my friend). We both opted for anti-glare and blue light protection lenses, which cost €35 (for a single frame).
• Wednesday: Got my first QC.
• Thursday: Got the second QC for my friend's pair.
• Shipping: At the same hour I accepted QC, and directly got the notification that it left the warehouse. Total delivery time was 13 days.

Communication & Seller Experience

• Communication: Amy (+852 9707 5632) left me on read when I tried contacting her around 3 weeks ago, which was pretty annoying.
• Customer Service: Fortunately, messaging Jimi (+86 173 8869 3230) directly worked much better, he replied super fast, literally within the hour.

Packaging & Accessories

• Case & Cloth: The case feels super premium and sturdy in hand. The cleaning cloth is huge and comes with the full Chrome Hearts motif printed across it.
• Lenses Extra: Surprisingly, my pair came with the original demo lenses featuring the CH logo engraving included in the baggie. My friend’s pair didn't get these, so I'm assuming Jimi only includes the engraved demo lenses for the .925 silver versions.

Frame Quality & Fit

• Build: The frames feel solid and well-made. I actually visited the only official Chrome Hearts retailer in my country to try on retail, and the weight and hand-feel on these are pretty much identical.
• Silver Details: The .925 silver hardware on the temples has great weight, clean detailing, and zero cheap lightweight plastic feel.
