Sheep to knit experience

3 friends and I would like to do a hands on sheep to knitting experience. I understand that we probably won’t be able to shear the sheep, but we would like to participate in the full process of getting the raw wool ready to knit (washing/scouring, picking or carding, spinning, plying, and ideally dyeing and skeining). I haven’t found any experiences that do more than letting us watch a demonstration or just skeining the wool. Does anyone know of any small farms, wool producers, homesteads, or workshops where we could pay to stay at or near for a couple days and do something like this? We are flexible and can go anywhere in NZ in April.
