couple weeks ago complained of looking flat but feeling lean (compared to my +14lb self). asked for some advice, most people said up the calories.

200 more calories of protein and a crisp diet coke was the answer.

little water heavy this morning, long run last night, but feeling fuller while still leaning out.

not sure where to go from here

not a competitive bodybuilder, did usapl for ~3 years, put on some muscle, now im a triathlete. whatever.

not really training for anything so want to look good. i know i have some (a wee bit) mass so in my pursuit to sharpen up and have some definition, hit a cut. bjj 3-4x a week, running 3x, lifting 2-3x, swimming 1-2x. at about 1900 cals, 130g of protein a day. down 14 lbs since june 16.

i feel lean, but soft. i have more fat to lose but i think more muscle might be better in terms of definition. i cant see myself restricting anymore than i already do. i know i need to up the protein but im scared of the calories going up. i feel flat and undefined.

tldr; how do i sharpen up? seeking definition

i love her to death but jesus h christ

the first 5 minutes of her being awake are so pleasant and adorable and then she shark attacks my face and legs for the next hour before crying for 30 seconds and passing out again. i literally can’t touch her without her thinking its playing and freaking tf out. i mean its so cute, but holy shit my hands are destroyed. i look like an abuse victim. redirect redirect redirect ignore sometimes and that works for maybe a minute before my flesh becomes wildly more interesting. she’ll grow out of it in like, a year or two….right?

i really want to raise her right. im doing it solo but i want so badly for us to have a good life together, and for her to be confident and secure. she sleeps so soundly and doesnt cry in the crate or on the leash, so i guess thats a good start <3
