So i live at academy lanes & my power went out. The breaker is accessed outside in a locked cabinet & so I have to call the emergency maintenance to restart my power. BUT the emergency number says it doesn’t work?!? Then there’s no one to contact since office hours are closed. Can someone offer any advice?!?
