Uploads of recent festival performances has the YouTube system identifying potentially unreleased material from the Mexico live film
My apologies if this has been spotted already but I learned about this through a Latin American Facebook fan page today. To the best of my knowledge, this information is provided directly by YouTube’s content ID systems which are tied to the labels and distribution companies, meaning this shouldn’t be a case of someone else’s upload interfering with these checks. The audio quality is good and similar enough that it’s matching.
What’s interesting to me is that if this is real, then it means the Columbus live album is likely bust and they’re moving forward with the Mexico show as a full length release. Hopefully this means the film itself will be released together with the album as Mark has suggested he wants it to.
