I found a baby pigeon outside

Hi everyone,

I found this young pigeon today on the ground. It still has some yellow down feathers. It was very weak and in shock at first, but now it's moving a bit and making sounds.

I have put it in a cardboard box with a t-shirt in a quiet room. It's very hot here (30°C+), so I didn't add extra heat, but it's away from the AC breeze. I also placed a small bottle cap with water inside.

I have two main questions:

Is the bare pink skin on its back a wound/injury, or is it just normal feather development for its age? There is no active bleeding.

It doesn't eat on its own. How old does it look, and what is the best way to feed it?

Any advice on next steps would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
