hi all,

i'm looking at getting an orchi since these ballsacks are officially serving no useful purpose other than a glorified paperweight.

questions i got:

• what's the process for getting an orchi in this country?
• is it better to go public/private?
• if private, which are the most cost effective surgeons? would any of you / have any of you gotten this surgery overseas?

given i'm just desexing myself i'm not picky on the surgeon as long as they're a good doc. would also love to hear about any experiences people have had in general with this process.

I've been on HRT for a year and a bit now (I'm 27. annoyed I started later instead of my early twenties but I started now and that's what matters).

I used to be upset with my lack of function, but since starting progesterone AND since becoming intimate with an actual other human being, I'm finding that I just... don't have bottom dysphoria?

Like, if I was born a woman with a pussy I'd still pick that over my current equipment, but I actually don't hate what I have, I actually like it. I feel like it makes me unique. I don't vibe with like, calling it a girlcock/gock etc, but I genuinely enjoy using it. Which to me seems counterintuitive because I have dysphoria about everything else, but to me my genitalia is just that, genitalia. They don't feel inherently masculine to me.

It makes me feel almost like I'm faketrans or something, and I'm just wondering if other girlies feel the same way about their OEM parts?
