We have the Unkval Eliminator at home

Got a hound and it was so good I had to go back and get the Smasher. Got into this way too late to get an eliminator so I'm working on a version of it with the smasher. The helmet is a black recast colored in photoshop, will eventually be painted. Back pieces are legos I need to sculpt and put decals on.

Wasn't expecting Nail to be this good

Decided to finally get him last week since I found him at a store at a not terrible price. I used to think he was only being used for piccolo accessories but he might be my favorite 2.0 figure now. He's really articulated so he can hit any pose and the sculpt is amazing. I want to get the soft goods coat ffor him but I'm not sure if it's gonna stain him since Ive had that happen to a couple figures. Does anyone have it and if so has it stained him at all?

I wish Future Gohan got a 1 day pass like Goku

I've always wished fortune teller Baba gave Gohan a 1 day pass to kill the Androids with Trunks like she did with Goku in the buu saga. It would've been awesome to see this duo fighting them together. Also have always thought it'd be cool if Trunks got his sword fighting style from Gohan since Gohan used to have one as a kid and maybe needed one to make up for his missing arm or something.

Figures in the picture are DF trunks with shf faces and tonsenart arms. Gohan is the HAZ001 release with the ultimate gohan sword and a sheathe I made myself. Also working on a custom sword for him that looks more like his childhood sword but its grey so I used this one as a placeholder for now

Ghost Rider Breakdown

Some people wanted a breakdown of the ghost rider I posted recently so here it is! I'll include everything I used including prices I paid and links if I can find current links for anything:

- First figure is the McFarlane Red Hood (got it off mercari for $15)

  • This figure was used for the torso
  • I chopped off the arms where the folded sleeves end, then drilled a hole at the ends to attach the forearms.
  • Sanded off the red hood piece and tried to follow the shape of the collar, this is probably the hardest part
  • Cut off the neck and drilled/carved a hole into it to fit the neck fire pieces, I kept test fitting to make sure I did enough but not too much. You can get it to fit how you'd like
  • Torso was a bit lose on the legs so I just put a pice of paper in there and it fixed it

- The second figure is McFarlane Shigaraki (got it off mercari for $11+$3 shipping)

  • This figure was used for the legs
  • I cut it halfway down the shins and rounded out the bottom a bit
  • Drilled a hole through it to insert a peg attached to the boots to allow for a shin rotation

- The third figure is the ML Retro Ghost Rider (got it off ebay for $18)

  • This figure was used for the flame effect neck, the heads, the fire chain, the arm spiral fire effects, and the boots (can also use included headsculpt to avoid buying another one). Also had the chain before I made my own
  • I popped off the flame effect by just using some hot water and ripping it out, then I used some hot glue to put it into the neck hole I carved on the torso. Easily removable and adjustable with some heat from a hairdrier
  • Also used hot water to take off the boots, then carved into them and inserted a random plastic post I had and hot glued it in as well. You just have to make sure the hole you make in the leg matches whatever post you use.
  • Painted effects and gave them a shiny clearcoat to make all effects match, but this isnt necessary if you dont get the other extra effects which arent really necessary

- The fourth figure used is ML 2006 Ghost Rider (got it off ebay for $15+$5 shipping)

  • This was used for the shoulder spikes, forearms, stole the neck fire to add to the other one, and also can be used as an extra headsculpt. This is probably the least necessary one if you can make your own spikes and forearms. Also crazy that this was the most expensive one for me lol
  • I cut off the spikes and glued them onto the new shoulders. You can do this for both sides but I wanted asymmetry to I sculpted the shoulder pad with some black Apoxie Sculpt and added them to that
  • I popped off the forarms again with heat and then I cut off the hands(they're connected to the forarms on this figure) and made it flat. Then drilled a hole for the hands to pop in, on the other end added another post to pop it into the redhood arms. Again just make sure the post you add to the forearms matches the hole in the arms and the hole you drill matches the post on the ML hands.
  • For the neck flame I did the same as the other ML and just heat it up and ripped it out, added it to the other flame with some hotglue

- There are alot of belts you can use but I used an old gi joe one (i think) I already had

- Made my own cloth goods shirt but if you cant or dont want to you can use this shirt meant for toji/gojo customs. I already had one and tested it but needed it for gojo so I made my own

Here are the extra things that aren't necessary at all but I liked how they helped him look

- The fifth figure which is completely unnecessary was ML Johnny Storm (got off fb marketplace for $15)

  • Got this one only bc I found it so cheap and to steal the fire effects it has, so not necessary at all unless you also want it or really want more effects.
  • Also had to paint these to match and gave them a glossy topcoat

- The feet on the boots are from ebay (got them for $20 total)

- The headsculpt is from ebay and I painted it myself (got it for $25+$5 shipping). Attached it using hotglue again and painting it orange

- The shotgun is from aliexpress, not sure if this is the same listing since I got mine a long time ago (got it for $15 or $20 cant remember for sure)

- Chain is just made from one meant for jewelry that I had that was close enough in size, might update it later.

The last picture is only using the first 3 figures I listed. So the total for that one came to $47 right under $50. Originally had it like this since October last year but have been updating him one piece at a time since

The total overall for this exact figure including all the extra effects, accessories, and heads was $147, and you'll end up with alot of extra pieces. Will probably be more expensive if you can't find used stuff for sale, that's why it took me so long to get all the pieces.

Total without the updated head, feet, shotgun, and extra fire effects would've been around $70. Hopefully this helps!

Ghost Rider

Finally got around to finishing my custom Ghost Rider! Only things painted are the fire effects and the skull. Everything else was left like the original figures and fire effects were only painted to help them all match together. Hes closer to mcfarlane scale so hes pretty big but scales well with ML wolverine lol. He took 4 figures to make without including the leg fire effects, and 5 including all effects. All used figures found for cheap, I can do a breakdown of everything including the price if enough people want to know! Headsculpt and shotgun alone cost almost as much as most of the figures but theyre not really necessary.

New Vegeta thoughts

Got the new Vegeta with the hopes that itd be an upgrade from the daima body so I can replace the custom one I made a while back. Im gonna need to make him some yellow tails now that I have a good ssj head for him.

- The articulation is pretty much the same for both but the torso on the daima Vegeta is made out of a soft material and just has a much better shape imo. The daima torso material is flexible so its just easier to pose and deal with.

- The faces are a massive upgrade from the last ssj head but some gaps in the hairline are pretty impossible to get rid of (not sure if this is just an issue with my copy)

- The swappable boots and new ankle joints are a big upgrade too

-Not sure why the gloves and boots are separate pieces from the limbs now but they move around alot more which can be annoying sometimes but not really an issue

- Overall worth it but still looks off to me so I will probably just keep the old daima custom on display with the new heads. Also tried putting the new vegeta arms on the daima body but I cant tell if they're too small. 2.0 vegeta arms have always looked ugly to me so Im glad they updated them
