Ive bought my ledger back in 2022. I was able to still use this last year then stored it back. Now, im trying to transfer some money and its no longer turning on.

Reached out to the support and asks me to plug it directly into the wall and ive tried multiple troubleshooting and none of it works. Now, the solution ive got is a discount for new product that can only work for 2 years? As far as I know hardware wallets should last at least a lifetime right?

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SOLUTION! DONT BUY LEDGER PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN!

ive bought this back in 2022. i was able to use this last year, and now it no longer turns on. I contacted support, asked me to plug it directly to the wall and it still not turning on. ive changed USB cord but still not opening. any similar experience in this? and how did you able to fix? i can no longer afford buying a new one
