Our favorite room in the house

My wife, sister and I recently combined our collections and fulfilled a childhood dream of a library in our house. We used to have to books stuck in kitchen cabinets and drawers but we read so much more now that we can see what everyone has! And the cats have a new spot because they like to be tall lol

36/52: Halfway through the year update

Mid-year list and ahead of schedule! I’ve added to my goal that 10 this year have to be nonfiction and no more than 10 can be rereads.

FAVORITE FICTION: The Terror
FAVORITE NONFICTION: Machete Season

Honorable mention to American War and We Wish To Inform You That Tomorrow We Will Be Killed With Our Families

Up next:
FICTION: The Only Good Indians by Stephen Graham Jones
NONFICTION: King Leopold’s Ghost: A Story of Greed, Terror, and Heroism in Colonial Africa

I’m reading more than I have in years doing this challenge and I’m loving it. What are ya’ll reading?
