Car accident
Location: Kansas
My son(13M) was in a car accident as a passenger. Everyone went to the ER and my son at least, appears to be fine after examination and x rays. The drivers insurance is now telling us that for them to pay the medical bills we have to sign papers releasing the driver, his parents, and the insurance company(Root) of all financial responsibility.
Does this seem normal?
