go to Armory -> Naval Community - then click on 'Show' under Tails of the Torpedo
Just wondering if these 2 commanders are worth the doubs/coal and on what ships would they be good.
For example, I have Lutjens on Schlieffen and use it for Mainz/Bremen. Would Von Hipper be a good captain for one of the other TT lines, and be used with a different build for other cruisers?
I logged in (EU) and saw this notification for 'New feature unlocked'. Any idea what it might be?
