Last two pizzas and I am getting a feel for the dough, the stretch and plenty of semolina.
The Volt 2 also is becoming more familiar despite the 2 stones Ooni has replaced for me since purchasing in December 2025. Can’t complain about the customer service except it would be nice to have not required it.
