I’d been meaning to check these guys out since they opened just over a year ago and I finally visited today. It’s so good!
I have visited New Orleans once 10 years ago and the po’boy and mac & cheese I had today tasted exactly like the food I was eating there. The portions are huge and really good value and the staff are all lovely too. I know it’s difficult for small businesses in this current climate so I just wanted to make a post about them to draw people’s attention to them as an option for eating out. I’m not sure how busy it does or doesn’t get, but I went in today about 30 minutes after they opened and there was already 3 other sets of people eating food so maybe they do pretty well, which is a good sign!
They’re based inside Molly Malone’s on Victoria Street and I would definitely recommend visiting if you’ve ever wanted to try authentic NOLA cuisine!
