Going to the hospital alone for the first time, what to expect?
I'm 16f and have had bad bloating and pelvic cramps that are untypical for me for about 2 weeks. I've been incredibly anxious and nervous all the time because i have health anxiety and worry a lot that it might be something bad. On top of it all, I'll be going on a one week vacation on a rather remote island 800km from where I live in a few days. So basically there wouldn't be any access to a good healthcare for a week if something were to worsen or happen. I'm considering going to the hospital in the next few days before the vacation just to make sure everything is alright, but I'm very anxious at the idea of going since I've never been there alone and my guardians can't accompany me. I'm scared they might perform examinations on me that I've never done before. I know this is very dumb lol but I'm feeling so unsure and scared
