[S][USA-NY] Leica Q2 Monochrom w/ boxes, filters, third party charger

Hi all,

I'm selling my Q2 Monochrom. This was my first Monochrom camera from Leica and I loved it so much that I decided to upgrade to the Q3 Monochrom. I purchased the camera from another user here on photomarket, so it has some lineage now.

One major note on this bundle, it only comes with a Nitecore charger. The previous owner lost the charging brick so we replaced it with the Nitecore (still has the cords if you have another brick). Honestly it is a better charger than the original, its much smaller and USB powered, but I understand if that is an issue.

I've taken detailed photos to show the camera's condition. Please inspect carefully. All mechanical and electronics are working perfectly. I'll factory reset before shipping.

This sale includes:

  1. Q2 Monochrom w/ battery (1 total battery)
  2. Boxes (inner and outer) and paperwork
  3. Lens hood and thread cover ring
  4. Lens cap
  5. Original unused Leica camera strap
  6. 3 Leica pouches
  7. Cords for original charger but no charger brick
  8. 49mm yellow filter
  9. 49mm orange filter

Highly prefer in-person sales in NYC but can ship. Require transaction history to ensure you are legit.

$3700 to me

Hello,

I’ve come to the realization that larger backpacks are actually more comfortable for my frame (6’4” 200lb) despite the higher material weight. At the same time, I’m looking for a personal item sized bag for airline travel (ideally small enough for Europe airlines) that can hold a camera sling or cube + in transit items (chargers, 13” MacBook Air, over ear headphones, snacks, etc).

I have the wandrd prvke 21 and it is so uncomfortable with a decent amount of weight in it.

Before giving up and risking it with higher capacity bags, does anyone know of a small backpack that is comfortable for larger men?

Hello, after a week straight of watching every YouTube video on the internet I thought I’d come here for some personalized advice. I feel like there is a niche gap in the market for working professionals that bring a camera to work for hobby photography on commute/after work.

I’m willing to be flexible in terms of how to carry my small kit (typically a Leica Q or Fuji XT size kit). The three options I considered are 1) a small camera backpack, 2) a camera cube in a bag, and 3) bag in bag with a camera sling. The benefit of (1) is access, the whole idea is to go for photowalks after work. (2) is easiest but I hate putting a cube at the bottom of a bag and then dumping everything on top, hard to access and I like to being home drinks from the office which shouldn’t sit on top. (3) is good for 1.5 bagging (leave the office, take out sling) with most of the same downside as (2).

I have the Wandrd Prvke 21 and it is the most uncomfortable bag I’ve ever used. I hate it in some ways but it’s great that I can chuck a sling into the camera cube bay through the side door and the platform above is strong.

Ideal qualities in list format:
- EDC hybrid personal item for travel
- Safe way to store camera sling or small cube without crushing it from above - or smallish camera compartment for fixed lens camera like the Leica Q or Fuji XT5 size
- Room for EDC items and light sweater or light puffer
- Around 20 ish L but flexible given #L isn’t accurate
- padded laptop compartment accessible from exterior
- comfortable for 6’4” 193cm 200lb man with relatively boney shoulders
- Black ideally but overall just needs to be ok to bring to the office and doesn’t say “camera bag”

I’ve considered many ideas such as the new moment suspense 23, pgytech one go lite 22, think tank speedtop 20, PD everyday 20, and then all of the popular EDC bags.

Thank you for the help!
