I've been doing gal for about a year now, and my makeup is finally starting to read how I want it to!! I did a whole hime coord earlier but this was just the makeup!!! Anything I'm missing?

I got these little sweets and on the back of the wrapper it has this, I think it's a joke like they have on laffy Taffy's or popsicle sticks but I can't tell what it says. I'm a beginner in Japanese and I can recognize most of the characters but I have no idea what it actually means T^T someone please translate!!
