So something a bit odd has occurred. While looking through my orders to check an item which is on a long delivery (well next Monday), I noticed there was a 'Return Received' note on another item from earlier this month, an item I have reviewed and was very happy with so it warranted 5*. Review still on sales page.

Clearly this has not been returned.

On checking my reviewed items page it has now disappeared (it was initially there)

What the Sam Hill is going on & should I mention this to Vine CS? 🥴 Any ideas gratefully appreciated

*There was a previous item that was noted as delivered but never actually arrived, so I did contact Vine CS about that being removed from the review list, and it was, but oddly I've seen this too had a return received on my account order details page.

Both items are still listed in my Vine orders. (but not review page)

Other than that no issues with anything and the on the rare occasion over the years I've had something else removed, it's stayed as 'ordered' rather than returned.

So I rarely order clothing items from Vine, but if I see something & don't procrastinate it means I reeeeally like it, so order it.

Did this yesterday, as really nice Ladies top which I knew I'd wear and wear...

Scroll forward to today & it arrived, well something did.

Wrong product. Wrong Size. Wrong Colour. Wrong label. Wrong brand. Wrong everything.

*The item inside does match the barcode description on the bag. Not the same sellar

The clothing item sent is absolutely no use to me whatsoever, & I'm actually really miffed.

I hate my life 🤣😐

***EDIT... couldn't make it up, so today a couple of days later, the same top appeared in my RFY.... momentary excitement turned to blaaaah, as red text reminded me I'd already ordered it, so couldn't reorder. Mean, just meeeeann! lol
