LOA works with your beliefs

I had a friend who said that the Law of Attraction only works for her with little things, like a cup of coffee, or simple giveaways and stuff... and interestingly, this is all she ever manifests.
I have to agree I'm skeptical a lot of times, but for a specific person for example I always believed 100%, and it ALWAYS worked

My exI tried to manifest her back years and years ago, and it worked. Now we are not together anymore, but we are still friends, and she is an amazing person.
And my wife, I manifested her just by daydreaming

But the daydreaming would not have worked if

  1. I didn't believe
  2. I didn't feel good while doing it
If I spent years daydreaming without believing, I would just be wasting time. I know because a lot of people daydream and don't manifest, because they have resistance

Funny thing. There are things in my life that I want, and I know I can't manifest them because I don't believe the Law of Attraction will help me with this

follow YOUR feelings!

It doesn't matter if others say that the right path or the right way to manifest is X or Z, or whether you should go general or specific...

If you feel good affirming something, visualizing something else, or doing something different, GO THAT WAY!

When I followed my feelings and used the techniques that made me feel good, I manifested wonderful things. I was even invited to give a lesson in the largest community in my area, something I could have never dreamed of doing. And when I manifested my wife I was feeling the same thing!

So... follow your feelings! If you like angel numbers, crystals, specific affirmations, general affirmations, changing the subject or not, etc... it doesn't matter!

What matters is: Is this what makes YOU feel good?

Suffering, Pain, Contrast, Desire (Collaborative/Question Post)

I want your guys opinion Like many people here, I've been into Abraham's teachings, other teachers, NLP, and so on for years.. And talking about Abraham, I noticed one thing specifically: you have to desire to feel good. You have to want to feel good (my opinion)

And in my opinion, the people who have had the most "success" with this (i.e., people who manifest what they want) have a strong desire for either feeling good or the thing itself (or they low resistance)

Abraham has said a couple of times that you should want to feel good and prioritize feeling good They even said that people who procrastinate on aligning their energy are people who are comfortable with negative emotions

SO MY QUESTION IS: In your opinion, how do you desire feeling good more? Or become less comfortable with negative emotions?

Actively, deliberately look for positive things to appreciate! Don't turn off and just be reactive! This is so powerful! It's what Abraham says about deliberate creation!

"It takes effort to imagine beyond what is. That's really what we're talking about.

It's easy to turn on the television and watch what they're offering. It's more difficult to think your own thoughts.

It's easy to just hear what someone's saying to you. It's more difficult to guide the conversation in a more positive direction.

It's easy to observe. It's more difficult to focus.

And yet, there is so much more reward in focusing than there is in just observing."

— Abraham Hicks

(context: They were talking about someone who already has a dominant vibration, a patter of thought about something, so to get out of this, it takes effort)

They say this on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZAFAFJ5lKJw

Don't put your desire above yourself, on a pedestal, forcing your desire. You're good, you're worth it

Imagine a man or a woman wanting someone to love and they keep begging for the other person to love them back... It seems strange and doesn't connect

I see a lot of people worshipping money, like money is this heavenly thing and they are down there

I noticed from my own experience, the less attached I am, while still desiring it, the faster it comes. That's why some people say, "Oooh, I manifest X with ease, but Y doesn't come. Why???" This is why

Imagine you enter a store and a salesman tries to hard-sell you, or you feel that this person just wants to sell you something so they can get their commission. It makes you not want to buy it

TLDR: Don't try to bang it into place, to dictate the conditions, or to force your desire It's called "allowing" for a reason

We all have a "standard" or a "base" vibrational level for each subject.

I had this insight when I was in the vortex today. Think about it why does it feel like an "effort" to feel good sometimes in certain situations? For example, when I'm scrolling through social media, my base/standard vibration is boredom. That's why it feels like effort, or better said, it takes very conscious focus to pivot in the direction of positive emotions

Now when I'm spooning with my wife, it's almost automatic, or at least much easier, to feel good. I naturally gravitate toward that because I've practiced good thoughts in that situation many times

The "solution" for me is either to practice positive thoughts about what I'm doing or to think about things that already feel good in an easier subject, gather momentum, then, once I'm in the vortex, I can think about the subject I want to "calibrate" my vibration around, while paying attention so that the subject doesn't kick me out of the vortex. In other words: feel good about an easy subject, think positive thoughts about the desired subject, and if it starts to feel tense or difficult, stop and go back to the easy subject again.

Which leads me to the realization that Abraham was right: when you feel good about a subject, you are allowing everything that you want because you are not resisting. You are not doing the thing you usually do that keeps the good things from coming. (But that's another realization and another post, maybe I'll write something about that another day)

How scrolling videos taught me how LOA works

I was watching videos(youtube shorts) feeling bored and I thought it was impossible, or really hard, to feel good to be in the vortex while using social media. I was trying to focus on my breathing but every video kept grabbing my attention and I forgot to feel good and focus on my breath

But then I decided "what if for every video I look for a positive aspect?" So I started doing this, every video I had an positive internal dialogue looking for something positive about it. At first it felt slow and a bit fake I guess

But after a few videos it gathered, momentum and I felt so good, even the advertising videos! I don't like ads but they felt good! I found good things in them 95% of the videos I was finding something good, even things like "I like this color" or "I love this song"... ..

And I remembered Abraham advising us to be deliberate creators, and then I remembered them saying that when we interact with something we have to look for the positive aspect of the person, the situation and so on..

Then everything made sense to me! That's how life is! Today when I speak with my wife, my clients, I will look for the things I love in them!

Funny thing is: Abraham said this a thousand times, in a thousand different ways, and I always thought "Ok I get it." BUT NO! IT'S DIFFERENT! When you understand vs when you LIVE it! When you really understand!!! These teachings are supposed to be lived in the flesh! Not just understood with the rational mind!

"...play it out for the pleasure in it. If you are doing it for any other reason, then you are not connecting to your Source Energy"

It's all for fun

The physical 3D manifestation doesn't matter.

I was in the vortex today and this thought came up... I was feeling so blissful... like the world, even just breathing felt so good... music... the music that I like to hear became so much better...

That the manifestation at that moment didn't matter for me.
Those of you who deliberately entered the vortex know what I'm saying, it's like... I already had everything that I wanted in that moment..... So good! ❤️

The best process is the one that brings results TO YOU

I manifested my wife my specific person through daydreaming, and I felt so good doing it!
I manifested money and clients with affirmations like, “I love earning $X…” (I would choose an amount that I wanted to manifest), and I was so happy while affirming!

BUT, that doesn’t mean these processes are going to bring you the same results, maybe you have resistance and imagining your loved person doesn’t bring you that much joy. Or maybe you don’t believe much in affirmations, or… there can be many reasons.

Its nice to learn from other people’s experiences, but pay attention to yourself and your emotional guidance system. That’s what worked for me

Why does focusing on the present moment in a softer way bring me more peace and relief than when I focus with more determination and will?
