300 g bread flour
200 g all-purpose flour
8 g salt

Mix everything in a stand mixer for about 10 min until dough is smooth.

Does Hotel Sales Experience Count Toward Hotel Manager?

Hello everyone,

I’m a Canadian currently exploring options for working in the U.S., and I’m hoping to get some guidance from people who may have gone through a similar process.

My professional background is in the hospitality industry, specifically hotel sales. I’m currently working as a Sales Executive at a hotel, where my responsibilities include corporate account management, client relations, revenue generation, sales strategy, and coordinating with different hotel departments to drive business.

I’m trying to understand whether my experience could potentially qualify under the “Hotel Manager” category for U.S. work opportunities/visa purposes.

For additional context, I also hold a degree in Hospitality Management, although I completed it outside of Canada.

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone with experience in hospitality-related U.S. visas or TN classifications, especially if you came from a sales or business development background within hotels.

Thanks in advance for any advice or insights.
