My ACE order is arriving tomorrow, but I’ve been looking at the scans and noticed what looks like fluff or hair on the back of one of my cards (The ‘O’). It definitely wasn’t there when I sent it in. I cleaned the card, used fresh penny sleeve, have photos etc.

The card also received a Surface subgrade of 8. Is it possible the debris could have affected the grade, or is it more likely something that happened during encapsulation?

Has anyone had this happen before? If the fluff or hair is actually sealed inside the slab, will ACE normally reholder it? And is there any chance something like that could have influenced the Surface grade?

Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated!

Bit of a weird random one but I paid standard 30 day service and my cards arrived yesterday and have already been graded and onto label printing? Is this normal should I shut up and be happy?

My guaranteed 1 pm delivery is arriving 1:55pm to 7:30pm. Is this normal? I paid £9 delivery. Should I contact the sender?
