I don't understand, when i got her she was beautiful, not a single brown leaf and now every leaf is turning brown.

She's my favorite plant please give me advices I can't let her like this.

Also I tried propagating her but everyone of her babies didn't make it, they all became squishy or brown and dry, I don't understand either because apparently she's easy to care for and to propagate so if any of you knows what I should do I would appreciate it very much

(I should probably precise that it is actually 33 degrees celcius in my house and the temperature won't come down plus I think the air is very dry and I saw on the internet that it wasn't good)
