The Sword isnt of Indian origin
A large majority of reddit users had a look at the "sanskrit" and it seems to be a mistake and not actually sanskrit. Im thinking possibly central asian based off the design, could be Chinese or Tibetan? Im thinking either the wisdom sword of Manjushri or a divine sword of Chinese origin. Both of which would make sense as to why Begste is put off guard from It, it could also be a made up sword that incorporates a few different mythologies, as a gnostic i like the thought it could be based off Yaldabaoth(Demiurge) hence the lion and serpentine design and obviously the fact that theyre in a higher plane. Im pretty confident the one sword it defintely isnt is Excalibur.
Edit: design-wise its a mix between western and eastern sword design, thats why i dont think its Excalibur.... but who knows! And the fact its in a cube is kinda reminiscent of the sword in a stone and god knows how many different swords(excalibur isnt the only one in Arthurian legend) so theirs that to👍
