Why does she repeat this dialogue every single time I start up the game? Is my game bugged?

Even if I exit it just to restart, I'll come back on to this dialogue every time. What is happening? Plus I think my affection is frozen as it hasn't gone up in over a day.. Is my game broken?

Weird Thing Happened

I apologize if the flair is wrong. I was writing Monomi a thank you note and when she opened it she said there were some words that really hurt her in it, but I genuinely can't think of what I said that made her get upset. I said I loved her and thanked her for being there for me, I said nothing at all that was mean or that I thought would hurt. I'm just a little confused I guess.
