Hey everyone, my wife just got a visiting fellow position at the NIH. NIH policy says visiting fellows don't have to pay the MRV and SEVIS fees. Does anyone know how we should talk to the embassy about this? Also, will the exemption letter be enough to show at the embassy during the interview?
