Currently 85 fishing going for 91; is it the slowest and most boring skill in the game? Currently afking ghostly soles with GoTE waiting to create a full fishing elite set, is there a better AFK option than ghostly soles at my level?
I’ve recently returned to the game after a few years away and over the past month or two I’ve been examining a lot of players just to see what skills people are focusing or what bits of gear and new and used a lot. What I’ve come to notice is that a lot of lower levelled players (anywhere from 50-400m xp) have very average stats across the board, most skills sitting around the 40-70 mark, but with 120/200m thieving? At first I thought it was just a few but it almost seems like every other player at this point? So my main question here is, why are people focusing thieving so heavily? Is it because it has extremely high xp rates? From what I remember of thieving the xp rates were decent but not focusing-thieving-until-it’s-100m-xp-higher-than-every-other-stat good??
