was thinking about sending this to my stepson, and giving him the $200 to get started, but I'm curious about the wording of the referral bonus, it says up to $300, is there some kind of wheel that spins or is it determined on how much you deposit? I looked through the terms and conditions but didn't see anything that answered my question. any help is appreciated
