Simple workout to do at summer camp to stay strong? (no equipment/gym)

Hello! Apologies if this isn't the right place to ask this.

For the past 3ish months I've been doing some of Caroline Girvan's strength training workouts and absolutely loving it. I've lost about 32 pounds so far and I'm getting strong! But I'll be working at summer camp from end of May to August, and I won't be able to go to a gym or use weights for that time. How can I make a simple workout to keep my strength up (besides the work I'll be doing at camp)? I figured stuff like pushups, situps/crunches, planks, squats, lunges, pull ups if i can find a spot. I'll also be walking a TON which will be great!! The "workout" can't take a long time either since I don't have a lot of breaks and they aren't long when I do. Is there just a basic set of exercises I can do like every other day? Thank you so much for your help.

When I try to login, FB is asking for a 2FA code when I never set that up

SOLVED! I did the verify your ID thing and I was able to unlock my account — then turned off 2FA through that. Then I was able to log in normally! Changed my password & logged out of everything to be safe.

Please help! I logged out of Facebook on my iPhone to reset something, and now I can't get back in because it's asking for an authenticator code. I never set up 2FA, so I don't have any code. Is this some type of hack? I've been messaging people on Marketplace a lot lately but otherwise I rarely even use Facebook, except for Messenger.

I'm still logged in on my computers, but it won't let me make any changes to 2FA or my password -- it tells me something like "you haven't used this device long enough." I'm scared if I try too many times that it will log me out on there too.

Also, for some reason, my friend's profile is on my phone now? It even lets me log in! She has never logged in on my phone or done anything Facebook related on it. I genuinely have no idea what's going on. I keep trying to use the Facebook hacked page but I'm getting nowhere, it's just sending me in circles. What do I do?
