How do I get this thing to produce bigger leaves it's getting good light no support issues the newer internodes has been swelling more and more with each incoming leaf and one of it's Ariel roots is about to hit soil maybe that will help and I did give it like slow release fertilizer so???

How do I improve variegaton in my ppp

How do I get this plant to lock in the newest leaf only has variegaton under the leaf so it's not fully reverted I don't want to cut it back help what do.I do I know it is like sometimes it's because of genetics it's outside getting lots of light is it just all luck😭?
