For a few days I‘ve been having problems with the synchronisation, now it just doesn‘t show my heartrate anymore. Can’t start a training or a test.

I contacted the support and they said it could be a software problem they‘re having and it affects more devices. Does anybody have the same problems?

I‘m really pissed off it‘s basically useless right now and I don’t know when they will fix it, want my money back fr
