Tomorrow's inspection day. I have two hours in the home - what should I do with them?

I'm making a list of things I want to check while I'm in there that aren't really in the inspector's purview. So far, I've got:

* age and cleanliness of appliances

* condition of kitchen cabinets

* condition of windows and exterior doors

* number and location of outlets

* water pressure

* condition of light fixtures

* condition of sinks/faucets, shower, and toilet

What else should I add?

Edit: 1 1/2 story bungalow, built 1946 with an effective age of 35, terrifying spider infested cement basement, well and city sewer, new garage, big front and back wood porch, vinyl siding, 0.25 acre lot, fenced backyard

What is causing this cough??

Started two days ago, getting progressively worse, vaccinations up to date - unless you need bordetella every 6 months instead of 12; if that's the case, he's behind. Still eating, drinking, and active

Edit: 4 y/o border collie mix, 36 pounds, no previously diagnosed health issues or allergies
