Posting for a friend: My work is pretty casual and partially outside, how should I dress for 94 and rainy? I’m from the west coast where it’s pretty temperate, so I’m unsure what kind of layers to bring. Or what kind of shoes. Thanks!

Edit: thank you everyone for your helpful advice! For those who were curious and without too many personal details; my friend works for a coffee company that’s expanding to Mississippi, and has their workers typically take orders outside, rain or shine.
