Will the missing items from a vanilla run that you pick up in your first Final Draft run, carry over into a second FD run? Or a third for that matter?

I.e. like weapons and charms?

Haven't played this since it was new, just wondering.

Edit: looked up the games full patch notes list and the Dec. 19 '23 patch does make it sound like the game keeps all unlocks ongoing regardless number of FD runs, can someone confirm?
