How to thrive on Vyvanse?
My doc prescribed me Vyvanse and didn’t tell me SHIT on what I need to do/be mindful of to actually get the most out of these meds. What do y’all do with food/routine/movement/supplements???

I was diagnosed with Celiac disease 2 years ago and despite being 100% gluten free, keeping my antibody numbers in the normal range, and having normal blood work I am still struggling with GI issues and fatigue/brain fog. My PCP is lovely but I can tell she doesn’t have much to offer when it comes to autoimmune specialty. I feel lost on what type of specialist to seek out for more specific autoimmune care. What types of docs/specialists have helped you? I’m in Portland OR, if anyone has local suggestions.
Howdy folks! I recently started vyvanse and it’s been working great for my ADHD. I have some gut issues (thanks Celiac disease) so taking Imodium is common for me throughout the week. Has anyone had any issues taking Imodium regularly while on vyvanse? I have a follow up with my doc in a few weeks and will be asking her about this, of course.
I have a $250 training stipend through work that I’d love to use before the end of the year. What trainings do you recommend on the following topics (or anything really):
-Internal Family Systems
-working with high masking Autism and/or ADHD
-navigating CPTSD
-supporting clients with chronic illness
This new leaf hasn’t grown or opened at all in at least 2-3months. Is there anything I can do to help it along? Or is this normal for this plant?
What’s your fav cotton/wool blend in worsted weight? I’m picky to softness, so the softer the better.
How was the celiac safe food in Amsterdam?
EDIT: thanks for the virtual options! Those are great, but I’m hoping more for art prompts and things the client can do in session with their own art supplies. They really vibe with physical art versus virtual things.
I have a client who is super artistic and loves when we do something art based in session. This isn’t my strength, so we often just do a drawing check in or I’ll be like “take 10mins and draw how you’re feeling” etc. I’d love more ideas about how to incorporate art into session or even give them “homework” to bring back. Client loves to draw, paint, do photography, etc.
This client is also exploring gender identity. We are virtual, so I cannot offer them any art supplies so virtual friendly options are best.
I recently got my bloodwork done after 1 year of being gluten free. My TTG levels were at 3, which felt really exciting (they were at 70 when I was diagnosed). What do your numbers look like? Do you see a fluctuation?
