When do couples make decisions together or separately?

For couples who have been together for a while, at what point did you start making major decisions together instead of individually?

Things like finances, where to live, career moves, big purchases, vacations, or even just plans that affect both of you. Was there a certain point in the relationship where it naturally became “we need to decide this together,” or did you actually have a conversation about it?

People of Reddit, do you actually wash your hands every time you use a public bathroom?

I was in the bathroom the other day and three different people came in while I was there. Not one of them washed their hands before leaving. They just did their business and walked right out.

It made me wonder, how common is this? Do most people actually wash their hands every time they use the bathroom?
