Tattoo done when I was 18

Hi! Pictured here are hand tats I got done when I was 18. Almost 4 years have gone by and you can guess that I beat myself up for being dumb with this one, lol. My issue are mainly the mushys there. My question is; is this possible to get a good cover up? Or is it worth getting it removed completely? All advice welcome!
