Hi all

I'll be travelling with my partner through Vietnam next month. I don't come from a country with a tipping culture but have been told by those who travel to Vietnam frequently to tip. I understand tipping in restaurants but should I also be tipping the nail ladies, hotel cleaning staff, grab drivers etc? and if so, how much and how often do I tip? Do I need to leave a tip every morning for cleaning staff?
