So, we’re disembarking tomorrow from an 11 night sailing on the Queen Elizabeth. Throughout the ship there are reminders to behave in an environmentally friendly way. However, throughout the sailing we have received every piece of information on paper. Just taking the daily programs, ‘discover’ sheets and the menus for the queen and princess grills, there’s a max of 23, 464 sheets of paper for the cruise. Not to mention the ads for the various services on board.

How, in 2026 does this company not have an app available to all with the opt in for paper information?! The online web-app is a pdf of the paper info! 🤦🏻‍♂️

That’s it, rant over. Agree or disagree I’m disappointed at the lack of modernity in communication.
